First let me say, I really like my new car! Doesn’t this look like a grandma car? It’s a big little car. I sit up higher than a small car. It’s an AWD. It’s quiet, smells good and besides- it’s just plain cool!
Seriously- for the amount I can afford, Honda provided me with more options for the price. Kevin took me to so many different dealerships. We test drove just about every compact SUV- new and used. I had it narrowed down to the Ford Escape and the Honda CRV. We spoke with both companies and they offered us their bottom dollar. After much thought, I decided for Honda. Two weeks later we went back to Honda and made another inquiry. We were offered an even better deal. I was ready to buy! Approximately 3.5 hours later I drove my new g’ma car home.
If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I recommend Adam at O’Neill Honda. Generally I would not push a car salesman onto any one person. They did not hound me plus they gave me a good deal. Very pleasant buying experience.
More fun happenings this month included Alicia introducing me to her friend, Ryan. Of course I just had to ask for a pic. Alicia was thrilled (actually a bit embarrassed). Both were very good sports!
And of course we had Halloween. Work stopped having the Halloween contest. Too bad cuts have affected even the smallest team positive builders. BUT there were a handful who still dressed up and made our day!
